Job summary

Distilled in Ireland seeks a Customer Success Executive to join the Dealer Success team. You will build strong relationships with motor dealer customers, ensuring they gain value from DoneDeal subscriptions and our product suite.

You will collaborate with Account Managers on dealer portfolios, assist with onboarding, handle inquiries, and guide customers to long-term success. This high-impact junior role lasts 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a customer-facing role with relationship management.
• Experience with Salesforce, Intercom or similar tools.
• Ability to handle queries across chat, email and phone with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and guide dealers to success.
