Job summary

Distilled, a fast-growing Irish internet company, is hiring a Customer Success Executive to join the Dealer Success team. You will help motor dealer customers get value from DoneDeal subscriptions and our product suite, onboarding them and guiding ongoing success.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive support, and collaboration with Sales and Product teams. This is a fast-moving, high-impact junior position for 12 months, with hybrid options between our Dublin office and remote

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role with relationship management focus
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Intercom or similar platforms
• Ability to manage queries across chat, email and phone with proactive follow-up
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing teams
• Attention to detail and ability to improve processes

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage dealer accounts, guiding them to success with DoneDeal products
• Own inquiries and troubleshoot to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive portfolio outcomes and growth
• Represent customer feedback to product and commercial teams for follow-up
