Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking an IT Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for internal staff. This remote role covers EMEA and global locations, delivering comprehensive IT support via phone, chat and email and coordinating with Corporate IT for timely resolution.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, ticket management in ServiceNow, and support for Windows, Mac OS, AD, VPN/Okta, M365 and Intune environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT service desk experience providing remote end-user support.
• Post-secondary education in a computing field or equivalent experience.
• ITIL, A+, Network+, or MCSA certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact remote IT support for staff across EMEA and globally.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and asset management.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow and communicate updates clearly to users.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, AD, VPN/Okta, MDM, and Microsoft 365 environments.
