Job summary

Inspired PLC, through its SystemsLink/Horizon Energy team, is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager to grow SystemsLink’s presence in Ireland. This home-based role requires travel across Ireland and manages a consultative software sales process with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive cross-selling opportunities, respond to tenders, deliver product demonstrations and negotiate SaaS contracts, while collaborating with HEG and the broader Inspired group.

Qualifications

Proven success in business development or new-business sales in B2B SaaS or software.

Responsibilities

Develop SystemsLink’s market position in Ireland with target sectors and prospective customers.
Generate, qualify and progress new SaaS sales opportunities through the full sales pipeline.
Respond to formal inbound tender requests and engage senior stakeholders to understand requirements.
Deliver tailored software demonstrations and proposals with internal specialists.
Manage commercial negotiations, procurement and SaaS contract discussions through to signature.
Maintain CRM data and forecast progress against targets.
Collaborate with marketing, product, implementation and customer teams to support acquisition and handover.
Represent SystemsLink at events and customer meetings across Ireland.
