Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible / AWX) for a fully remote role based in Ireland. You will automate infrastructure lifecycles, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and develop Bash and Python scripts to optimize operations across Linux and Windows environments.

Strong documentation practices and knowledge sharing are expected to enable team excellence. The role requires five+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and optional German language.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible and AWX for automation and lifecycle management.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into workflows.
• Ability to document environments, configurations and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure lifecycle automation using Ansible and AWX.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation solutions.
• Develop Bash and Python scripts to automate recurring tasks.
• Document environments, configurations, and procedures prior to changes.
• Train and onboard colleagues and share technical knowledge.
• Support cross-functional automation initiatives and knowledge sharing.
