Job summary

Deel is seeking an HR Implementation Consultant to lead migrations of client data to Deel’s HR tools across global clients. You will oversee the full implementation lifecycle, configure systems, and train stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and contribute to process improvements in migration workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Experience managing large HR datasets.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish.
• Strong project management skills with migration planning.
• Experience with enterprise change management.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficient in HR systems and related tools.
• Passion for training customers and supporting them.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communicator with clear ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients migrating to Deel HR tools and ensure a smooth rollout.
• Consult client stakeholders to recommend best implementation practices.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools to guide features and touches with other Deel products.
• Guide onboarding journeys using project management guidance during the sales cycle.
• Perform data imports to migrate client data and ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Safeguard sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering to optimize onboarding.
• Suggest improvements to migration processes and SOPs.
