Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Project/Programme Manager to lead large-scale HRIS/WFM implementations across multiple regions. You will drive complex transformations with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, or logistics.

Responsibilities include defining delivery approaches, managing RAID risks, data migrations, and integrations with payroll/ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PM certs (PRINCE2, PMP) and Agile methods desirable.
• Experience delivering large HRIS/WFM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and direct teams to deliver within time, cost, and scope.
• Lead HRIS/WFM system implementations (UKG Pro, Kronos, Workday WFM).
• Manage multi-country/global delivery programmes and regional requirements.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, integrators, and vendors for delivery.
• Facilitate scoping and prioritisation for complex transformations.
• Address shift-based scheduling, seasonal demand, and efficiency.
• Maintain RAID management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, and reporting with payroll/ERP.
• Use iterative methods and clear scoping changes with approvals.
• Maintain robust project plans and transparent stakeholder comms.
• Use metrics to assess success and adjust as needed.
• Conduct knowledge transfers and post-mortems for improvement.
• Ensure delivery on time and within budget with forecasting and resourcing.
