Payward Europe Solutions Ltd in Ireland seeks a General Manager for MiCAR Broker/Custodian Operations to lead Kraken CASP activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic direction under PCF-8.

You will oversee the senior leadership team, manage regulatory interfaces with the Central Bank of Ireland and ESMA, and build a high‑performing, risk-aware organization aligned with MiCAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in financial services, crypto assets preferred.
• Deep knowledge of MiCA and European regulatory environments.
• Proven track record in strategic direction and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the Kraken CASP Broker/Custodian’s strategic vision and business plan.
• Oversee day-to-day CASP Broker/Custodian operations and senior leadership.
• Regulatory liaison with Central Bank of Ireland and ESMA; ensure MiCA compliance.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics; manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain governance with the board and drive risk management and business continuity.
