Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management System processes and regulatory standards (FDA QSR, EU MDR, ISO 13485).
• Experience with global quality systems and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end process leadership for assigned sub-processes within IQMS.
• Monitor process performance across sites using KPIs and trigger corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet milestones and objectives.
• Ensure regulatory and internal quality standards compliance; lead audits and training materials updates.
• Champion digital workflows and system capabilities; partner with IT for enhancements.
