Uniphar Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Group Global Quality to lead the development, governance, and enhancement of the company’s Global Quality environment. This role will harmonize quality management controls using a risk-based approach across GMP sites and geographies.

Reporting to the Technical Operations Director, the role will shape global quality strategy, drive compliance with regulatory standards (FDA/EMA/HPR A), and lead cross-functional teams to sustain excellence across the

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, IT or Engineering.
• 10+ years in pharma/med devices with 5+ years CSV leadership.
• Deep knowledge of QMS, GxP, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, HPRA).
• Proven vendor management, supplier quality, and audit oversight.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages desirable.
