Job summary

Jabil is seeking a QA-focused professional to represent the quality function of technical support for global customer accounts. The role acts as a liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on quality-related issues.

You will develop QA plans, participate in early design and process development phases, and drive improvements across manufacturing processes with APQP methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, five years related experience.
• Experience with QA planning and process optimization.
• Familiarity with document storage and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions using APQP and process optimization.
• Support quoting activities by involvement in design, development and implementation phases.
• Coordinate inspection processes and provide input to inspection guidelines.
• Develop systems for document storage, access and review for global customer accounts.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Interface with departments to implement process improvements and standardization.
