Job summary

10x.team is seeking a senior real estate expert based in the EU or UK to join our remote freelance network. You will review and refine AI-generated real estate outputs, advise on market analysis, property management, regulations and practical aspects of real estate work, for 8–20 hours per week.

You will create realistic scenarios from your experience, draft variations from perspectives such as consultant, client or investor, and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI reasoning.

Qualifications

Senior real estate professional with EU/UK experience.
Experience advising on real estate projects and documentation.
Ability to evaluate workflows, technical requirements, and compliance.
Independent worker with structured, critical feedback.
8–20 hours per week availability.

Responsibilities

Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to real estate advisory, market analysis, property management, regulations, and practical aspects of real estate work.
Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
Draft realistic real estate scenarios based on your direct professional experience.
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g., real estate consultant, client, investor, property manager).
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content.
