Tines Security Ltd. is seeking a driven International Marketing Programs Specialist to join our growing global marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for EMEA & APAC, you’ll drive regional campaigns that build brand awareness and fuel international growth.

You’ll collaborate with regional GTM teams and broader marketing to deliver impactful programs for regional audiences. This role focuses on coordinating with regional Sales, XDRs, and partners, planning events, sponsorships, and

Qualifications

• Two to four years experience in B2B field marketing.
• Experience building and growing regional markets.
• Proven ability to support pipeline generation through events and campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with Sales teams, XDRs, and regional leadership.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, shape, and scale regional field marketing programs across EMEA to drive market growth and pipeline.
• Develop regional field marketing strategies tailored to each market's priorities.
• Plan and execute high-impact Tines-hosted experiences, events, and workshops.
• Manage third-party conferences, sponsorships, and partner-led events with measurable ROI.
• Coordinate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, and Partnerships for localized campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and ensure consistent execution across regions.
