Job summary

Yuno is remote-friendly across Europe and seeks an Engineering Manager to lead our Integrations team connecting the platform with PSPs, acquirers, and gateways globally. You will own technical direction, delivery, and the growth of your engineers in a fast-moving, international environment.

You will champion secure software practices, low-latency architectures, and an AI-first development mindset while collaborating with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to accelerate our roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Strong ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Integrations engineering team, aligning goals with product and compliance.
• Own the end-to-end design, deployment, and monitoring of PSP integrations and gateways.
• Drive architecture, code reviews, and best practices for secure, scalable systems.
