Job summary

Qumulo is seeking a Pricing and Deal Desk Manager for EMEA/APAC, based in Cork. The candidate collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Operations to guide pricing decisions and deal execution across complex structures and channels.

The role emphasizes data-driven pricing, model refinement, and enabling sales teams with scalable tools and processes. Hybrid work with three days in Cork complements a fast-growing, cloud-data platform company.

Qualifications

4+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing Analytics.
Hands-on with complex pricing models (consumption/usage-based, credits, term structures, multi-tier channel deals).
Strong quantitative/analytical skills to interpret data for decisions.
Advanced in Excel or Google Sheets; proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Experience using AI tools for analysis and documentation.
Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Operations and C-level stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education in Business/Finance/Economics or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Review, shape, and approve deals; challenge non-ideal structures to improve speed and consistency.
Structure non-standard deals with EMEA and APAC teams to balance revenue, margin, and velocity.
Refine pricing frameworks, discounting for complex commercial structures and channel deals.
Analyze historical deal data to test guidance and thresholds and recommend movements.
Build and scale pricing models and tools to evaluate profitability across regions and channels.
Own pricing documentation, policy, and approval paths; enable field with training.
