Lever, Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented instructional designer to transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences.

This fully remote, six-month contract role collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop interactive content for an Australian organization. You will cover storyboarding, multimedia development, LMS implementation, testing, and quality assurance, ensuring accessibility and alignment with learning objectives.

Formación

• Two+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate to develop interactive learning content.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM in real-world projects.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and content development skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and scripts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor edits.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into clear online experiences.
• Create storyboards and scripts to align with learning objectives.
• Manage content for LMS/SCORM environments and ensure QA.
