Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a DTC eCommerce Operations Manager for a partner company based in Ireland. You will own day-to-day operations across supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, customer service and internal ops, building systems and SOPs to scale a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand.

Responsibilities include documenting workflows in Notion, coordinating cross-functional projects, and enabling onboarding and operational setup for new hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing operations for a DTC or eCommerce brand.
• Proven ability to create, implement and improve SOPs, workflows and operational systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve day-to-day business operations across the organization.
• Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and scalable operational systems.
• Create and maintain clear processes and documentation using Notion.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and customer service operations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and the operational setup of new employees.
• Ensure team members have the appropriate systems, tools, permissions, and access required to perform their roles effectively.
• Prepare operational reports and insights for executive stakeholders.
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and structure across departments.
• Help improve communication and coordination between teams as the business scales.
