Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland is seeking a DevOps Administrator to operate and evolve reliable, secure infrastructure. You will work hands-on with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation to drive automation and reliability.

You will help monitor, back up, and automate deployments, while collaborating across teams to improve visibility of critical services and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Red Hat/Oracle Linux environments.
• Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling and automation experience.
• Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management.
• Proficiency with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Strong Git skills for version-controlled infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and incidents with clear documentation.
• Configure and improve monitoring and incident-management processes.
• Design and implement backup strategies for resilience.
• Develop automated deployment processes and IaC solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to enable automated monitoring of core services.
• Review Grafana dashboards for data accuracy and improvements.
• Administer VMware infrastructure and test vendor implementations.
• Contribute to standards, automation initiatives, and infrastructure optimization.
