Job summary

TCP Homecare is seeking a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality care in home and community settings across Cork and surrounding areas. The role requires a dual paediatric and general nursing qualification, with IV infusion experience and strong documentation skills.

You will work on a Monday–Sunday shift pattern with no night shifts and a fair weekend rotation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will maintain electronic patient records and promptly report outcomes to clients and head

Qualifications

• Dual nursing qualification (paediatric & general) is required.
• Cannulation & Phlebotomy skills essential.
• IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Word and email.
• Flexible, self-motivated, adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing services to adult and paediatric patients in home and community settings.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and timely, detailed reports after visits.
• Collaborate with the nursing director and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service.
