Job summary

Armont Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing finance team. The role is remote with a weekly in-person meeting in the Dublin area, offering flexibility, responsibility and a path to broader accounting duties.

You will manage AP/AR, maintain records, support P&L and balance sheets, and liaise across Ireland and UK operations while developing your accounting career over time.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience essential.
• Strong experience with Xero would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Exposure to management accounts, P&L and balance sheet preparation beneficial.
• Comfortable working independently within a remote environment.
• Full Irish Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Working with P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of company accounts
• Liaising with colleagues across the Irish and UK operations
• Taking on additional accounting responsibilities as the role develops
