Job summary

St Christophers Services CLG invites applications for relief/locum support workers to assist across all St Christophers Services locations in County Longford. A minimum number of hours monthly is required to remain active on the relief panel.

The role focuses on person-centred support to people with intellectual disabilities, promoting independence and quality of life. The successful candidate will have a minimum FETAC Level 5 in Social Care or related discipline, and a full clean driving

Qualifications

• A Minimum of FETAC Level 5 in Social Care/Special Needs/Healthcare or related discipline
• Experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities and behaviours of concern
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive as part of role

• Maintain the highest standards of person-centred care and support to promote independence and quality of life for service users across daily living activities
