Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to support stores across Monaghan and Louth. This permanent 36 hour role involves assisting the Supervising Pharmacist and delivering care to customers and patients.

You will work with the team to implement company initiatives, attend staff training, and report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager. 1–2 years' experience and membership of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland are highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a Pharmacist is highly advantageous.
• Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives.
• Work with the team to find care solutions for customers and patients.
• Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with regulations.
• Assist in group healthcare and company/ marketing events.
• Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives.
• Participate in staff training events and support team development.
• Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance.
