Reach Ability is seeking a Relief Community Support Worker to assist across day service hubs and residential homes. The role supports the Team Leader and Day Services Manager in promoting well-being, independence, and social participation for people with intellectual disabilities.

Requirements include QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or BA in Applied Social Studies, or current study (Year 2+), and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Formación

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or BA in Applied Social Studies or currently undertaking (minimum Year 2)
• Eligible to work in Ireland

Responsabilidades

• Support physical and emotional well-being and personal hygiene of people with intellectual disabilities as assigned
• Assist service users and residents in community living, choice and control, social participation, personal relationships and education development
