Job summary

Samsic Facility in Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Cleaning Operative – Relief/Cover to join the on-site team. This permanent/relief role offers flexible hours and a rate of €14.80 per hour, with duties spanning general cleaning across client sites.

The successful candidate will perform cleaning tasks, ensure health and safety compliance, and work both independently and as part of a team. English proficiency and eligibility to work in Ireland are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and ensuring all areas are clean and tidy (including toilets).
• Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces if required.
• Empty bins and dispose of rubbish.
• Undertake tasks as instructed by the Area Manager.
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements on client sites and company premises.
• Handle client property with care.
