Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking Relief Chefs to join our flexible temporary workforce across Donegal. Earn between €18 and €22 per hour with weekly pay and the opportunity to work in a variety of professional kitchens.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking to standard, maintaining food safety, managing prep and stock, and adapting to different menus and service styles. Requirements include 2+ years in a fast-paced kitchen and HACCP certs; contract catering experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Contract catering experience is an advantage
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training available)
• Willingness to work flexible hours
