The Rehab Group invites applications for a Relief Care Worker in Bantry, Co Cork. The role covers personal care in a residential setting, with emphasis on a positive behavioral support approach and community-based living.

Flexible hours on a fixed-term contract, 6 months, with supportive, inclusive environment. Applicants should hold QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care, have a full clean driving licence and experience in residential care; accommodations can be provided during the process and

Competenze

• QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience of working in a residential care setting is preferred.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Mansioni

• Provide a personal care service to individuals with Intellectual Disability and Mental Health Difficulties in a residential setting.
• Promote a person-centred service tailored to service users’ needs, wishes and requirements.
• Assist with personal care and manual handling, ensuring comfort, hygiene and safety.
