Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb UK & Ireland is seeking a permanent Specialist, Reliability Technician for the Cruiserath Biologics site. The role involves planning and executing maintenance, preventative and predictive tasks, calibrations, and responding to unplanned events in a 24/7 shift environment.

The successful candidate will participate in continuous improvement, support major equipment overhauls, and ensure audit readiness with strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 Electrical qualification.
• 2–4 years’ maintenance/engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in safety and quality procedures with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and calibration maintenance tasks.
• Respond to unplanned events with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure work orders are completed safely and on time.
• Record interventions and provide guidance for preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement and training materials development.
