Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb UK & Ireland is seeking an Instrumentation Specialist/Technician to oversee calibration, maintenance and regulatory compliance across our Cruiserath site, ensuring safe, efficient operations.
You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering, perform calibrations on temperature probes, pH sensors, pressure transmitters, and support PM programmes, with a strong emphasis on GMP and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Instrumentation or equivalent experience in GMP environments.
- Experience calibrating instrumentation in regulated manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM).
- GMP awareness and strong documentation practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform calibrations on instrumentation across GMP and non-GMP areas.
- Maintain and troubleshoot instruments such as temperature probes, pH sensors and transmitters.
- Support PM programmes, risk assessments, and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and external vendors.
