Bristol Myers Squibb is offering an Engineering Reliability Intern placement as part of its Internship Programme. You will join a site engineering team for six, nine or twelve months to gain hands-on experience and learn how maintenance and reliability activities support Biologics operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering related to instrumentation, automation, or mechanical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Familiarise with drawings and site equipment documentation.
• Participate in maintenance and reliability improvement projects.
• Support asset lifecycle and site investment strategies.
• Contribute to operations and reliability excellence initiatives.
• Assist in developing procedures, training materials and work instructions.
• Help define KPIs and metrics for reliability performance.
• Support Elastomer changeout process optimisation.
• Assist in budgeting for the Maintenance department.
