This role will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reliability-centered maintenance strategies that enhance equipment performance, reduce operational risk, and drive measurable business outcomes across a complex, multi-site portfolio.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Reliability Engineering Program Lead position is $150,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Reliability Engineering Program Lead position is $180,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
