This role goes beyond release notes; you will shape how customers understand, adopt and use new product functionality. As part of the Services team, you will challenge the status quo and continuously improve how we communicate product changes.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for software products or tech releases.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing content for new software releases (release notes, guides, help content).
• Create interactive journeys, guided tours and in-product guidance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success across regions to ensure accurate content.
