You will work with stakeholders across Reinsurance, Finance, Actuarial, IT and Customer Services to deliver efficient, compliant solutions and drive data accuracy. The position offers a hybrid work pattern and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Part qualified accountant or equivalent experience in data analysis or systems support within financial services or reinsurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, system testing and IT applications or programming concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for varied stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems, data analysis and technical support to the reinsurance function.
• Support creation, testing and maintenance of in-house reinsurance applications.
• Analyze business requirements, test systems and document updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with Reinsurance, Finance, Actuarial, IT and project teams to deliver solutions.
• Understand reinsurance treaties and review legacy systems for improvements.
