Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Regulatory Reporting and Prudential Regulation Manager in Dublin as part of our hybrid model. The role emphasizes leading regulatory reporting engagements and advising clients on interpretation, governance, and data quality.

You will interact with senior stakeholders across financial services clients, work with European supervisors, and develop teams while contributing to business development and thought leadership within KPMG Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in regulatory reporting and prudential regulation for banks or other regulated financial services firms in Ireland and/or Europe
• Experience preparing, reviewing and/or assuring regulatory returns with interpretation of reporting instructions
• Experience with solo and/or consolidated returns and disclosures (COREP, FINREP, LCR, NSFR, Pillar 3)

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regulatory reporting and prudential advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on regulatory interpretation, reporting perimeter and obligations, governance and data quality.
• Review regulatory returns, calculations, methodologies and supporting evidence for senior management.
• Support client engagements with Central Bank of Ireland, ECB and other European supervisors.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with senior finance, risk and regulatory stakeholders; coach junior colleagues.
