Job summary

Waystone is seeking a regulatory reporting associate to support the client through specific regulatory filings and to work with the Global COE team.

You will handle filings for Annex IV, Form PF, CPO-PQR, UCITS and related regimes, act as primary contact for clients, and help ensure timely KPI and MI packs.

This role requires a 3rd level degree and up to 2 years in a risk/regulatory role, with strong Excel skills and ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 3rd level degree in Finance, Business or similar field.
• 1–2 years' experience in risk, regulatory, or fund accounting in financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory filings (AIFMD, UCITS, CPO-PQR, Form PF, Solvency II, PRIIPs) preferable.
• Aptitude with advanced Excel and quantitative analysis.
• Experience with risk measures (VaR, stress testing, liquidity analysis, Greeks) is a plus.
• Ability to work across time zones and teams in Cayman and Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory reporting activities for a portfolio of clients.
• Assist the Manager or Associate Director in the Global COE team.
• Assist in regulatory filings such as AnnexIV, Form PF, CPO etc.
• Be the primary client contact to resolve regulatory filing queries.
• Participate in service reviews with internal Waystone entities.
• Provide input to ensure KPIs and MI packs are produced accurately and timely.
• Support client servicing through timely, accurate reporting and escalate issues.
• Follow and improve procedures to solve routine problems.
• Collaborate with teams in different locations and time zones (Cayman/Luxembourg).
• Provide documentation and backup of all processes.
• Participate in on-the-job training for new hires.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and assist with implementation.
• Assist the Manager with ad-hoc client queries.
