SpaceX is seeking an experienced Regulatory Legal Counsel, EMEA, to translate complex EU/UK digital regulations into practical guidance for SpaceX, Grok, and related products across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Africa.
You will work closely with Safety, Product, and Engineering to ensure compliance, engage with regulators, and adapt features to evolving regimes. The role requires on-site presence in Dublin and a strong regulatory background.
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to understand the universe and help expand humanity’s knowledge and capabilities. We work across the full Super Intelligence stack: compute (Colossus supercomputers), models (Grok), and applications (Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X). We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
As Regulatory Legal Counsel, EMEA, you will advise on platform, AI and digital regulation that shapes how X, Grok and other SpaceXAI products are built and operated across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Africa. Europe and the UK have some of the most demanding and actively enforced regulatory regimes we face, including the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Online Safety Act and the EU AI Act. You will turn complex obligations into clear, practical advice and implementation plans, and work hand in hand with Safety, Product, Engineering, Policy, Compliance and our other Legal teams to deliver them.
This role is for someone who enjoys being close to how products actually work, can move quickly between legal analysis and practical implementation, and is comfortable engaging with regulators.
