Job summary

A&L Goodbody LLP in Dublin seeks solicitors with 2+ years PQE for a Regulatory Investigations role within our Disputes and Investigations team. You will advise financial institutions on enforcement investigations and related litigation, working closely with market-leading experts across regulatory risk and disputes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years PQE in a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm.
• Experience in regulatory enforcement bodies (Central Bank of Ireland, FCA, DPC, CCPC) desirable.
• Experience in Central Bank of Ireland / FCA investigations is an advantage.
• Experience in civil litigation claims, judicial reviews or statutory appeals, especially in financial services.
• Strong communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise financial institutions on enforcement investigations and related litigation.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Investigations and wider Disputes & Investigations Group on complex engagements.
• Support senior lawyers and contribute to high-quality client service.
