Job summary

U.S. Bank / Elavon is seeking a role focused on maintaining regulatory registers, responsibility maps and delivering people-related regulatory processes. The position includes analytical support, data insight, and cross-team collaboration within the CAO group to drive compliance and process improvements.

The role emphasizes staying updated on evolving regulatory requirements and partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective governance and timely regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fitness & Probity Regime, UK SMCR, SEAR or ESMA/EBA Guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into structured analysis.
• Experience producing management information, reports or decision-support materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain live Registers and Management Responsibility Maps (MRM) for regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on people-related regulatory requirements and their impact on operations.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Support regulatory change projects and embed changes into daily operations.
• Assist with risk and control reviews to assess regulatory compliance.
