Job summary

U.S. Bank / Elavon is seeking a regulatory governance professional to maintain live regulatory registers and MRMs, ensuring compliance across local and European jurisdictions. The role supports CAO in data analysis, process improvement, and regulatory reporting.

The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, liaising with stakeholders and contributing to policy design and training initiatives. Prior experience in financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fitness & Probity Regime, UK Senior Manager & Certification Regime, IAF/SEAR or ESMA/EBA guidelines.
• Ability to translate diverse business requirements into structured analyses.
• Experience with stakeholders across a regulated financial services environment.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience producing management information, reports or presentations is helpful.
• Independent worker who can also contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory registers and Management Responsibility Maps (MRM) for compliance.
• Provide guidance on people-related regulatory requirements (F&P, IAR, SEAR, SMCR).
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support compliance.
• Identify gaps in regulatory processes and implement improvements.
• Participate in design and development of regulatory policies, procedures, and training.
• Stay updated on new and pending regulations affecting the business.
