Job summary

Favia is seeking a Change Oversight and Strategy Manager to steer its regulatory and commercial evolution across global entities in Ireland. You will link regulatory compliance with business opportunities, overseeing IT general controls and governance in regulated environments.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance and Risk to manage change assessments, testing, validation, and remediation, while driving strategic license operations and market-entry initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in top-tier consulting, strategy, or IT risk management in financial services or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, IT audit, governance, resilience, and change management.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with commercial focus.
• Ability to quantify regulatory design impact on revenue, cost, and scalability.
• Familiarity with MiCAR, DORA, PSD2, E‑Money Regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance reporting.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Data.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ITGC oversight and technology governance across regulated entities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage system and data change risks.
• Maintain governance processes: IT controls, change management, resilience, testing.
• Develop and maintain governance policies, workflows, and documentation.
• Maintain systems inventories, data dependencies, and governance artefacts.
• Support post-implementation validation and remediation of issues.
• Develop workflow tooling and data governance controls.
• Provide governance reporting and regulatory submissions.
