Bluebird Care Ireland is seeking a Registered General Nurse to join our nurse-led Home Support team covering Carlow and Kilkenny. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing in clients’ own homes and work within a supportive clinical network.

Hours include night shifts from 8pm to 8am, with full-time and part-time options. Training is provided, and we offer a competitive benefits package and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Current registration on live register of NMBI.
• RCN/RGN Trained.
• Pediatric nurse experience desirable.
• Previous experience in home care is an advantage, full training and support is provided to all candidates.
• Airway management/Medication management.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identified.
• Prioritise the needs and comforts of the client.
• Promote abilities, independence and to safeguard the client's interest at all times.
• Work closely in partnership with family members and clinical supervision team.
• Communicate effectively with client, family, clinical team & MDT reporting on client's clinical needs as required.
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes.
