Job summary

Gi Group invites a Registered Architect to join a growing Midlands residential development team. The role focuses on design, coordination, and statutory oversight as Assigned Certifier under BCAR, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations from planning through to completion.

The ideal candidate is an RIAI Registered Architect with 3–5+ years post-registration experience, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows, and able to work fully onsite in Co Westmeath.

Qualifications

• Professional Registration: Must be an RIAI Registered Architect with 3–5+ years post-registration experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience delivering residential projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural packages for large residential projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Act as Assigned Certifier under BCAR and manage inspection plans and submissions.
