Arjo is seeking a Regional Service Supervisor for Connaught & North Leinster. This field-based role covers Dublin, Connaught and North Leinster, leading a team of engineers and ensuring exceptional service delivery across hospitals and care facilities.

You will balance people management, technical leadership and commercial responsibilities while maintaining safety and quality standards in line with ISO and Arjo policies.

Competenze

• Essential mechanical or electrical engineering experience.
• Supervising or leading engineers is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, EN standards and compliance frameworks.
• Confident communicator with ability to lead and build relationships.
• Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel within UK & Ireland.

Mansioni

• Leading and developing a team of Field Service Engineers; act as first point of contact for technical support.
• Completing service and repair work on Arjo equipment, especially for complex issues.
• Ensuring service contracts are retained and renewed within the region by reviewing equipment condition.
• Delivering high-quality servicing of medical beds, mattresses, patient hoists, baths and washers across facilities.
• Acting as Deputy to the Area Service Manager; supporting operational, commercial and forecasting activity.
• Managing service schedules, productivity, compliance, SLAs and financial performance.
• Completing annual performance reviews, audits and recruitment for the engineering team.
• Collaborating with Service Admin, Account Managers and customers for communication and satisfaction.
• Ensuring safe, professional delivery in line with ISO standards and Arjo’s Integrated Management System.

A leadership role with real impact

At Arjo, we help people with mobility challenges live life to the fullest. As a Regional Service Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while leading and developing a high‑performing team of engineers across Connaught and North Leinster.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance people management, technical expertise, and commercial responsibility — supervising a team of 7 Field Service Engineers, supporting complex technical issues, completing service and repair work when required, and driving service contract retention across your region.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading, supervising and developing a team of Field Service Engineers, acting as their first point of contact for technical support, coaching and guidance
• Completing service and repair work on Arjo equipment when required, particularly for complex or escalated issues
• Ensuring service contracts are retained and renewed within your region by reviewing equipment condition, life expectancy and end‑of‑life status
• Delivering high‑quality servicing and maintenance of medical beds, mattresses, patient hoists, assisted baths and disinfection washers across hospitals, nursing homes and community settings
• Acting as Deputy to the Area Service Manager, supporting operational, commercial and forecasting activity
• Managing service schedules, productivity, compliance, SLAs and financial performance to meet departmental objectives
• Completing annual performance reviews, audits and supporting recruitment for the engineering team
• Working closely with Service Admin, Account Managers and customers to ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring all work is delivered safely, professionally and in line with ISO standards and Arjo’s Integrated Management System

What we’re looking for

• Mechanical or electrical engineering experience (essential)
• Experience supervising or leading engineers (highly desirable)
• Relevant engineering qualification (City & Guilds / ONC / NTEC or similar – desirable)
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety, EN standards and compliance frameworks
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence and build trusted relationships
• Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland (occasional overnight stays)
