Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment supports a global leader in technical/construction sales by appointing a Regional Sales Manager for Cork. You will lead 6 Sales Account Managers across Ireland (excluding Dublin), coaching them and driving growth with hands-on leadership.

The role focuses on high-level client discussions, account development, KPI delivery, regional meetings, and product launches, with a competitive package including a €90,000 base salary, €25,000 OTE, and a fully expensed vehicle.

• Handle high-level conversations including leasing contracts, renewals and major accounts.
