Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a prominent international Banking and Wealth Management institution to recruit an experienced Risk & Controls Business Partner for a permanent Dublin-based role with regional oversight.

The successful candidate will shape and manage the control framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory, reputational, control, and governance standards across the region, while collaborating with multi-jurisdictional teams to drive risk priorities forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance of risk and controls within financial services.
• Familiarity with regulatory regimes including regional standards.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the regional control framework and perform independent testing of controls.
• Drive the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) across markets.
• Design and align controls with Irish and European regulations, including minimum competency and fitness regimes.
• Act as advisory partner to business units to align risk priorities and governance agendas.
