Enable Ireland is seeking a highly capable Business Manager to support the Director of Services and Service Managers across Dublin and surrounding regions. The role focuses on operational and strategic development, finance, HR, governance, and performance reporting within a health and not-for-profit context.

The successful candidate will manage administrative and business support functions, lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive regional sustainability initiatives while working

Competenze

• Recognised third-level qualification (minimum Level 7) in Commerce/Business/Finance/General Management/HR Management.
• Five years of management experience in day-to-day operational management of business support functions (finance, administration, HR, facilities, governance, compliance, risk and performance reporting).
• Experience of contract management and procurement.
• Experience of managing teams and working in health care or not-for-profit sectors.
• Experience applying Risk Management Frameworks and working with HSE SLAs.

• Provide business planning support to the Director of Services and Service Managers.
• Manage administrative and business support functions across the assigned regional area.
