Morgan McKinley is seeking a General Manager for our Home-Care Help operations in Ireland. The role leads overall office performance, drives revenue, and ensures safe, quality-driven home care services so clients can live with dignity at home.

You will work with the Regional Manager to steer strategy, governance, and growth, managing multi-functional teams and maintaining compliance across regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Third-level (Level 8) qualification in Business, Management, or Healthcare Management is required.
• Postgraduate management qualification or CIPD certification is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead the annual operational plan and budget in partnership with the Regional Manager; oversee KPIs, P&L, and monthly reporting.
• Provide leadership across office functions and coach direct reports to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, safeguarding, and quality management across systems.
• Oversee local recruitment and workforce planning to attract and retain care staff and leadership.
• Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, professionals, and referral sources to grow market presence.
• Champion continuous improvement, audits, and new care models to enhance client outcomes.
