RINA seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support its Rail and Infrastructure Engineering Services in Ireland. The role blends commercial development with full-cycle project delivery, spanning rail, roads and bridges, reporting into a global network.

Based in Ireland, the role is hybrid, with expectation to live within a commutable distance of Dublin and travel as required to deliver high-profile projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and shape RINA's growth in the region.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in Engineering Professional Services.
• Delivery track record in Construction, Infrastructure or Transportation (Rail) projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to support bids and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Support and drive the expansion of RINA Consulting's business in Infrastructure & Transport across Ireland, identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of infrastructure and transport projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, resource allocation, KPIs and ensure quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, contractors and partners, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support commercial activities including proposal development, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
• Identify and manage project risks with timely escalation and mitigation actions.
• Liaise with RINA's international network to leverage global expertise for local delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for internal management and external clients.
