Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across Leinster on a fixed-term basis. Lead front-line teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure top service quality while managing contracts and financial performance.

The role requires strong people leadership, multi-site coordination, and the ability to travel as needed to align sites with the regional business plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in contract services, retail operations, hospitality or facilities management at middle management level.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a high-performing team of Front Line Managers across the region.
• Establish clear, consistent and effective communication channels across all sites.
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring service expectations are understood and delivered.
• Support contract negotiations for new, retained and underperforming contracts, ensuring client requirements fully understood.
• Deliver financial commitments across the region, including revenue, margin management, cost control and trading profit.
• Review and interpret key performance and metric reports relating to financial performance, labour productivity and food productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company systems, standards and processes across all operational areas.
• Collaborate with Front Line Managers, peers and internal partners to deliver the regional business plan.
• Oversee consumer relations activity, including completion of annual surveys as agreed with the Regional Operations Director.
• Take ownership of quality, health, safety and compliance activities across the region.
• Comply with the Business Conduct Policy at all times and promote a professional image of Aramark.

This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of business contracts, leading high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in contract services, retail operations, hospitality or facilities management at middle management level within a demanding environment.
• Proven operational management experience, ideally within a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing within a P&L environment.
• Excellent people management skills, with a strong track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective client, customer and employee relationships.
• Results-driven, with proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Strong presentation skills and the flexibility to travel as required
