Job summary

Kraken is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to actively participate in crypto communities, channels, and events, turning engagement into trust and growth. You’ll be in the trenches across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and group chats, ensuring fast, accurate commentary.

You will build an ambassador program, coach market makers and high-volume traders, and run public AMAs, live sessions, and feature launches. Your role is to own the voice, not a brand account.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience.
• Proven ability to engage a technical audience with credible, data-driven insights.
• Excellent writing and fast, concise communication.
• Comfortable operating without a brief in a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the fastest voice in the room during market moves.
• Build ambassador and power-user programs.
• Run AMAs, live sessions, feature launches, and post-mortems.
• Bridge with Product to relay feedback and improve flows.
