Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an Area General Manager / Regional Manager to lead a portfolio across Cork and the Munster region in contracts/facilities management, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. Qualifications

Significant senior management experience within facilities management, hard/services, and contract management.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets across a regional portfolio.
Strong client relationship skills with a track record of exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop a team of 4–7 people, including contract and operational managers.
Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted contact.
Oversee operational and financial performance of the contract portfolio.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and contract performance.
Ensure staffing structures are effective and teams are developed.
Oversee health, safety, and contractual compliance across contracts.
